Florida Real Estate License Renewal Extended to October 25, 2023

The DBPR has extended the Florida real estate license renewal from September 30, 2023 to October 25, 2023 due to Hurricane Idalia. Make sure that you have your continuing education or your post license education completed by the 10/25/23 deadline along with the DBPR's bi-annual fee in order to keep your Florida real estate license in good standing.
