What can I do with my Inactive Georgia Real Estate License?

If you currently have an inactive Georgia real estate license, you are not allowed to collect any type of real estate commission. As long as you are completing your continuing education courses every four years, and are paying the Georgia real estate commission their license fee every four years, your license will still be in good standing. Inactive means that you have a real estate license typically in good standing with GREC, it’s just that you are not active under a brokerage.

In order to collect real estate commission, your real estate license would need to be active under a real estate brokerage company. Your license would then say that you are active under XYZ Realty for example, you can view your license status here on their website.

If you would like to place your real estate license with a company that does not require you to pay Realtor or MLS fees, go to our website www.ParkPlaceNetwork.com to get all the details. Our agents are able to be active and refer out their residential and commercial real estate contacts worldwide and get paid top dollar as a referral fee.
