As a real estate professional, you can rely on Park Place to handle your referrals anywhere in the United States. When you have a client moving outside of your market area that you personally know, simply send the referral to us and we’ll connect them with a top local agent who will take care of everything.

Your brokerage will receive 22.5% of the total commission as a referral fee, and there is no cost to you—we are compensated directly by the partner company that receives the referral.

Terms of Use – Referral Placement Program

 

Park Place Realty Network (“Park Place”) acts exclusively as a referral intermediary and is not a party to, nor affiliated with, any real estate transaction between you, your client, or the third-party brokerage to which the referral is directed. Park Place’s role is limited to introducing your client to a third-party brokerage that will manage the transaction in its entirety.

 

Once Park Place has obtained an executed referral agreement from the receiving brokerage, you will be provided with the assigned agent’s name and full contact information. You may communicate directly with the assigned agent for updates, or you may request updates through Park Place, which will also receive periodic status reports.

 

Referral fees are earned and payable only if your client completes a transaction with the third-party brokerage identified by Park Place. If your client elects to engage another brokerage, no referral fee shall be owed. In the event the receiving brokerage disputes, delays, or refuses payment of the referral fee, Park Place does not guarantee collection. While Park Place will make commercially reasonable efforts to pursue payment, Park Place shall not be held liable for any unpaid, disputed, or uncollected referral fees.

 

Upon receipt of the referral fee from the receiving brokerage, Park Place will remit payment of 22.5% of the total commission as a referral fee to the real estate company with which you are actively licensed within ten (10) business days. Prior to disbursement, Park Place must receive a current IRS Form W-9 for your broker of record.

 

All referral fee amounts, including any division or allocation of such fees, are governed by your independent agreement with your current broker. Park Place assumes no responsibility for the internal distribution of fees between you and your brokerage.
